We are in the process of being credentialed with medical insurances. For the time being, all exams are self pay but patients will be given itemized receipts to submit to insurance for possible reimbursements.

We do not take vision insurance.

Self pay pricing*:

Comprehensive eye exam $150 - includes glasses refraction

Contact lens fitting (first time) $200 - includes contact prescription

Refraction only (for glasses) $50

Contact lens prescription update $40

Foreign body removal $200

Problem visit (ex. flashes/floaters, red eye) $100
