Our Services
-
A comprehensive eye exam checks your glasses prescription, overall eye health, and conditions that may affect vision, including irregular astigmatism. Evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management are available for more. Comprehensive eye exams usually involve dilation.
-
A contact lens exam includes measurements, fitting, and evaluation of vision and comfort with soft contact lenses. Options include multifocal, monovision, and astigmatism-correcting lenses, along with contact lens insertion and removal training when needed. Rigid gas-permeable and scleral lenses are not offered.
-
Glaucoma testing may include eye-pressure measurement, visual field testing, optic nerve scans, and detailed imaging of the optic nerve. These tests help detect glaucoma early and monitor for changes over time.
-
A diabetic eye exam includes dilation and a careful evaluation for diabetic retinopathy, diabetic cataracts, and other diabetes-related changes. A letter can also be sent to your primary care provider confirming completion of your yearly diabetic eye exam.
-
Dry eye evaluation may include meibomian gland imaging to better identify the cause of symptoms. Treatment options may include prescription dry-eye drops, disposable punctal plug insertion, and other personalized recommendations to improve comfort and tear-film health.
-
Pediatric eye exams evaluate vision, eye alignment, focusing, and overall eye health. Dilated cycloplegic testing is used when appropriate to obtain an accurate prescription and identify vision problems specific to children.
